This is a direct-hire Case Manager role with a national ADR organization operating in a small local office. The firm is seeking an experienced case manager (4+ years) who can manage case activity, scheduling, and client coordination with limited oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Case Management: Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and track deadlines and milestones throughout the life of arbitration and mediation matters.
  • Scheduling & Panelist Support: Schedule hearings and conference calls, prepare and distribute panelist lists, and support assigned panelists with administrative needs tied to active cases.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, panelists, and internal teams by responding to inquiries and resolving routine case-related issues.
  • Systems & Administrative Support: Use case management systems and internal tools to support case workflows, learn ADR procedures, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in case management, legal operations, or legal client-service roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working in a legal, ADR, or professional services environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks independently
  • Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software
